Plan B Needed
The USPS delivered this to the IFR Pilot's doorstep this morning. Aren't Mondays lovely?
Clearly, the IFR Pilot will have to employ all of his legal eagle skills in responding...

Maybe there's a VAT they can deduct, since you're a foreigner? ;-)
Did you call the fire dept from the air? If not, have them send the bill to the guy who made the call.
